How we handle your information.
We collect only what we need to respond to you, and we don’t sell it.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site, we collect what you type: usually your name and contact details, plus the answers that form asks for. For example, the details of a project, a tree you’d like to donate, or the amount of a gift.
Our forms never ask for Social Security numbers, bank or card details, or medical information.
How we use it
We use your information to do what you asked: reply to your message, add you to the Crew Member waitlist, follow up on a request or a gift, or send you updates you signed up for.
Where it’s kept
Form submissions are stored in Salesforce, the system our team uses to keep track of contacts and requests. If you sign up for updates, your email address is also stored in Mailchimp, which we use to send email. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in each one.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful and where people get stuck. It uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit and the type of device you use. We don’t send anything you type into a form to analytics.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we don’t load analytics at all.
Sharing
We don’t sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that help us run Landforce, and only as needed to do so, or when the law requires it.
